The Chronomat holds a special place in Breitling's annals - first released in 1984 amidst a sea of slim quartz pieces, the brand confidently presented this large mechanical watch. An all-purpose accompaniment for any activity, Breitling's Chronomat has been a constant companion ever since.

Inspired by the Frecce Tricolori chronograph of 1983 co-created with the renowned Italian air squadron, the Chronomat made a striking statement to commemorate Breitling's centenary. This marked the triumphant return of mechanical chronographs to their rightful place at the venerated brand renowned for its stellar timepieces.

Featuring a 42mm case and the distinct "Rouleaux" bracelet, the Chronomat comes in an array of materials, such as stainless steel and 18ct pink-toned gold, with a selection of black, blue, silver, and copper dial options. The Chronomat also hosts the Breitling Manufacture Calibre 01 movement, certified by the COSC as a chronometer.
